SPSS: IFC fund plans issue and focuses on "Light Industrial"
Up to CHF 80 million is to be raised in the next capital increase of Swiss Prime Site Solutions' Investment Fund Commercial and will be used to purchase "light industrial" properties.

The Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial (SPSS IFC) is planning its third capital increase from March 10. The fund management company is targeting an issue volume of between CHF 50 million and CHF 80 million. The fund units are scheduled to be paid out on March 28. The fresh capital will be used to expand the portfolio and repay debt capital. According to the information provided, the further expansion of the portfolio will focus on the commercial use type "Light Industrial". A corresponding deal pipeline has been established for the planned capital increase, according to SPSS.
According to the fund management, the fund recorded growth in rental income of +9.7% and a cash flow yield of 5.7% in the last financial year. The dividend distribution was increased by 11% to CHF 4.90 per unit certificate. The vacancy rate fell to 1.5%. (aw)
