Schroder: Immoplus raises 175 million francs on issue
The announced capital increase took place as planned and brings the fund over the 2 billion threshold.

Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG has completed the capital increase of the Immoplus fund. According to the company, new shares worth the equivalent of CHF 175 million were subscribed. The issue, which was carried out as part of a public subscription offer, gave the right to subscribe to one share for every nine existing shares. The proceeds from the capital increase will be used to partially refinance the acquisition of a large life science property. The funds will also be used for further acquisitions, investments in existing properties and to strengthen the equity base. The payment and first day of trading of the new shares took place on February 11.
At the current share price, market capitalization rises to around CHF 2 billion.
Zürcher Kantonalbank was the sole lead manager for the capital increase, which reached the target volume. (aw)
