The Vertina Investment Foundation is planning a capital increase of CHF 40 million for the "Vertina Wohnen" investment group. The opening will take place from February 17 to April 25 and the additional capital will be used to acquire two further projects.
In the past year, the investment group increased its total assets by % 22.8 to CHF 985 million, with a leverage ratio of 3.10%. The foundation currently has total assets of CHF 101 million. Once the projects have been completed, they will reportedly amount to around CHF 153 million.
In particular, the residential projects in Wallisellen and Schlieren (both in the canton of Zurich) and Untersiggenthal (AG) should lead to a higher cash flow return and thus to a constant performance. A performance of 2.80% is forecast for the third financial year 2024/2025. From the next financial year onwards, this figure should be in the target range of 3.0 to 4.0%. (aw)
