SPSS: Investment Fund Commercial increases dividend
In the last financial year, rental growth increased by almost ten percent and the EBIT margin also improved.

The Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial (IFC) increased its rental income by CHF 9.7% to CHF 22.7 million in the financial year 2023/2024. According to the fund management company, this increase was due to higher rental income from existing properties as a result of indexation and lower vacancy losses. The vacancy rate fell to a record low of 1.5%. No purchases were made in the financial year, the Dorfstrasse 2 property in Cham was sold.
Net income increased by 1.9% to CHF 13.3 million and the EBIT margin from 75.4 to 76.3%. The cash flow return also rose slightly, from 5.43TP3T to 5.68%, while the performance fell significantly to 0.06% (previous year: 9.37%).
"The strong operating result enables an extraordinary increase in the dividend payout from CHF 4.40 to CHF 4.90 per share," SPSS announced. (aw)
