Patrimonium AST raises capital for healthcare real estate
A capital increase by the Healthcare Real Estate Switzerland investment group is expected to raise CHF 50 million.

The Swiss healthcare real estate investment group of the Patrimonium Investment Foundation is carrying out a capital increase of CHF 50 million by April 30. The capital increase serves "strategic acquisitions in a market with strong growth forecasts", Patrimonium writes in the announcement. A net cash flow yield of 4% is expected. The investment group's strategy is based on growing demand for retirement and healthcare real estate with investment requirements estimated at CHF 2 billion per year until 2040.
The investment group was launched in 2015 and has since generated an annualized investment return of 5.2%. The investment assets amount to CHF 469 million and the portfolio share of properties with medical use is CHF 76%. (aw)
