Allreal: Changes to the Board of Directors
Sandra Berberat Kecerski is to succeed Olivier Steimer at the next Annual General Meeting, and there is already a designated new Chairman of the Board of Directors.

A number of changes are pending on the Allreal Board of Directors. The company has announced that Olivier Steimer will not be standing for re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors is proposing Sandra Berberat Kecerski for election as a new member at the Annual General Meeting. She is an independent entrepreneur and a member of various supervisory bodies, including the Bank Council of Zürcher Kantonalbank. She has worked for Deloitte, UBS and the City of Winterthur, where she was Head of Financial Control.
Allreal is also providing information on succession planning for the leadership of the Board. At the next but one Annual General Meeting in 2026, Chairman Ralph-Thomas Honegger will no longer stand for re-election due to reaching the statutory age limit. Philipp Gmür will be proposed as the new Chairman. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2019 and was CEO of Helvetia Group until 2023. The renewal of the Board of Directors will continue in the coming years, it is reported. (aw)
