Intershop: Change in the Board of Directors and new addition to the Executive Board
Khoa Trinh, the CIO of Seraina Invest, is joining the company. The head of Immofonds, Gabriela Theus, is to take over Gregor Bucher's seat on the Board of Directors.
Intershop Holding announces the resignation of Gregor Bucher from the Board of Directors. He will not be standing for re-election at the 62nd Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors is proposing Gabriela Theus for election as his successor. She has been Managing Director of Immofonds Asset Management AG since 2017.
Intershop also announces that Khoa Trinh will join the management team as a member of the Executive Board and will be responsible for transactions from May. Khoa Trinh is moving from Seraina Invest, where he held the position of Chief Investment Officer for almost two years. Prior to that, he worked for Baloise and Stone Estate Swiss AG for one year, and before that he worked for Swiss Life Asset Managers for 16 years, most recently as Head Real Estate Acquisition, Divestment & Construction.
