Alexandra Truninger has headed the Debt & Structured Finance team at CBRE Switzerland since March 1, 2025. She will be responsible for the strategic development of the department and support real estate investors in the structuring of financing. Truninger comes from Briidge AG, which she led as CEO for almost four years. Previous positions include Feyn, Crédit Agricole, Avobis and ZKB.

"More demanding environment"

"Due to the changed interest rate and provider landscape and the Basel III regulations, the financing environment has become significantly more challenging and financing solutions have become a decisive success factor in transactions," the company comments on the appointment. Truninger's initial focus is therefore on expanding its services to include "holistic advice", which includes alternative financing solutions with mezzanine and whole loan solutions in addition to traditional financing models.

Stéphanie Müller expands Swiss debt team

Stéphanie Müller is to open up another field. She has already worked for CBRE's European debt platform in London for many years, where she reportedly financed numerous operator properties. Back in Switzerland, she will expand the range of services with financing for operator and hotel properties. (aw)
