Procimmo SICAV: Sub-fund intends to increase capital

The fund management company intends to raise up to CHF 60 million in June for acquisitions of the Commercial PK sub-fund.

The Commercial PK sub-fund of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV is planning a capital increase. According to Procimmo, up to CHF 60 million will be raised in June. There is a pipeline of attractive properties that can be acquired, it says.

The fund management company has also announced that the unaudited key figures for the fund as at December 31, 2024 have been published. According to the figures, total fund assets fell from around CHF 570 million to CHF 564 million and the rental loss rate rose from 7.2 to 8.5%. However, the return on investment improved from 3.64 to 4.59% and the net result from CHF 5.2 to 5.3 per unit.

The figures are still based on the accounting of the former fund management of Solutions & Funds SA. Due to the conversion of the "Commercial PK" investment fund into a sub-fund of Procimmo Real Estate SICAV, the 2024 financial year was extended from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. The distribution of dividends over 18 months will be based on the figures as at June 30, 2025. (aw)
