Remnex: Investment group receives 32.5 million francs
With the funds from the latest capital increase, Remnex Investment Foundation's AuM will grow to over CHF 200 million.
Remnex Investment Foundation has completed its latest capital increase. The Swiss Real Estate Commercial ECO investment group received a total of CHF 32.5 million in new equity. The assets under management have thus increased significantly to over CHF 200 million. In addition to existing investors, six new investors also subscribed shares in the investment group, it is reported.
According to the fund management company, the funds will be used for acquisitions, energy-efficient renovations, the expansion of photovoltaic systems and to reduce borrowed capital.
13 Real estate in the portfolio
The investment group focuses on a niche strategy with commercial and industrial properties. The portfolio currently comprises 13 properties with a market value of CHF 173.3 million. This is offset by target rental income of around CHF 11.9 million.
According to Remnex, the investor base comprises almost 40 investors. The investment foundation reports an average investment return of 6.98% over the last three years.
Remnex announced its most recent capital increase at the end of January and announced an issue volume of up to CHF 50 million. (aw)
