Signa-Terre with new CEO
Nicloas Demierre moves to the top of the energy monitoring specialist, which has been part of Wüest Partner since 2023.

Signa-Terre announces the appointment of Nicolas Demierre as CEO with effect from April 1, 2025. He succeeds Laurent Isoard, a co-founder of the company. Isoard will continue to contribute his expertise in the areas of innovation, IT system architecture and strengthening customer relationships and will form the Executive Board together with Demierre and Olivier Ouzilou.
Demierre joined Signa-Terre at the beginning of 2023 as Director of Development. He has played a key role in the expansion of the company and the development of energy solutions for the real estate sector, writes Wüest Partner, which acquired Signa-Terre in 2023, in a statement. "With his extensive experience in advising municipalities and institutional players, he brings a strategic vision that matches the ambitions of Signa-Terre and the Wüest Partner Group", the statement continues. Signa-Terre will further strengthen its synergies with the Wüest Partner Group.
Signa-Terre was founded in 2008 and is a Swiss company that specializes in analyzing the energy efficiency of buildings and supporting the decarbonization of real estate portfolios. (aw)
