Kirkbi: Daniel Kunz succeeds Bruno Koller

The family office, which now holds a portfolio worth one billion Swiss francs in Switzerland and Munich, is appointing a new real estate manager for the DACH region.

The private holding and investment company Kirkbi is realigning its real estate management in the DACH region. As of May 1, Daniel Kunz will take over the position of Director Real Estate Management/Investment CH/Munich, succeeding Bruno Koller.

Koller has been working for Kirkbi since 2008. According to Kirkbi, he has successfully built up the real estate portfolio in Switzerland and Munich. Today, this portfolio - including ongoing development projects - has a total value of around CHF 1 billion. According to the press release, Koller will continue to support Kirkbi in an advisory capacity until his retirement in 2026. His work will focus on supporting an ongoing construction project in Munich, which was initiated under his leadership.

Daniel Kunz has been working for Kirkbi for several years. Most recently, he was Senior Asset Manager at the Baar (ZG) location. He holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate Management from HWZ Zurich and a diploma as a real estate trustee HF.

Long-term strategy

Kirkbi pursues a long-term approach in the real estate sector with a focus on high-quality office and commercial properties in Europe. Investments are made both in existing properties with stable income and in sustainable development projects with long-term value appreciation potential.
