Immofonds Suburban: Issue to raise 14.5 million francs

With the planned volume of the capital increase, the fund remains at the lower end of the range that was initially announced.

Immofonds Suburban has specified the plans for its capital increase in May. According to the announcement, the issue volume will be set at a maximum of CHF 14.5 million. The issue price is CHF 108.00 net and the subscription period starts on May 6. When the capital increase was first announced, Immofonds had stated a range of CHF 15 to 20 million for the planned proceeds (IB reported).

The issue proceeds will be used to purchase properties. A pipeline of mainly residential properties worth over CHF 80 million with gross yield opportunities of over 4% is currently under review. According to the information provided, the implementation of further ESG measures such as the replacement of the heating system in one property is also planned.

The fund's most recent investment return amounted to 5.3% and the distribution yield to 2.4%.
