Geneva: CPEG acquires Esplanade 3 in Pont-Rouge

Following an initial agreement for half of the Esplanade 3 project signed in July 2019 with the Pension Fund of the Canton of Geneva (CPEG), M3 Groupe is now selling the second half of the project. CPEG will thus become the owner of the entire complex.
