Geneva: Building permit for conversion on Rue de Roveray

The central property Rue de Roveray 3 and 5 (built in 1934) in the Eaux-Vives district of Geneva with a total of 59 apartments is being extensively renovated. The refurbishment is scheduled to start in September and is expected to cost CHF 8 million. The owner, UBS (CH) Property Fund - Léman Residential "Foncipars", has now received planning permission for the project.
