Residential real estate: price increase in the 4th quarter of 2020

Prices for residential property in Switzerland continued to rise in the 4th quarter of 2020. In 2020 as a whole, single-family homes in particular rose significantly, while prices for condominiums only fell slightly in the high-end segment, reports Fahrländer Partner.
